FINAL REFLECTON

Hi everyone! 

Today I will post my last work on this blog. And it's my final reflection. My final reflection about the evolution of my English these last 3 years, in which I was been doing this blog. 

In my opinion I increase a lot my English level these last 3 years, not only doing the blog, the thing that makes me increase is my ex-boyfriend, because he’s English, and I listen English and I talk in English when I were at his house, so it helps me a lot with English, and for this reason I want to say thanks to him.

But the blog helps me a lot too, it makes me do the compositions, and improve my level of writing. I read some of my first posts and they are horrible, very shorts and wrong. But the ones that I did at 1^st of BATX, one year ago, are better than the ones that I did this year. That’s because last year I had more time and I was more inspired. My English level improve a lot since 4^th ESO to 1^st BATX, and this 2^nd year of BATX I just keep the level, since three months ago, when I break up with my English boyfriend, and for this reason I lost a lot. And probably my level now will go down, but I do the possible to keep a bit. And of course, with the boyfriend I improve a lot the pronunciation and fluency, and with the blog I improve the language. So, my first oral presentation, at 4^th ESO was a shit, and the others that I did, at 1^st of BATX are much better. In 2^nd BATX my presentations wasn’t very good, because of time, I need more time to do a good presentation... So probably my best was in 1^st BATX.

So, finally, my conclusion is that had an English boyfriend and do the blog is a good combination to increase the English level, and in my case, I improve a lot to 4^th ESO to 1^st BATX, and this last year, in 2^nd BATX I just try to keep the level, but that’s because of the time.

I don't know what else I can say... I guess that I repeat a lot... But it's just these: Blog, boyfriend and the last 3 years. 

And I just want to add: Thanks Montse for doing these last English classes less bored and make English more interesting with your way to teach English.  

Can we make Human Rights more relevant in the world today?

I think that we could do it. And I guess that a lot of people do it, but maybe it doesn't works because people use social networks  for entertainment, as a break, a moment of relax, to disconnect from responsabilities and homework, work or whatever. Also, it's true that a lot of people use it for their work, because it's a good way to keep contact in business for example, but you know what I mean, when people use some social network they don't want to find advertising about global problems, people prefer to see positive and happy things. 

But, on the other hand, it could be a good way to make people aware about these global problems. Maybe with this way people will start to be more informed about these problems and how we can fix them. And maybe, they would do something then. 

So yes, I think it could be a good way, take away what people want to see on social networks, our planet is more important.

Since I was little I have seen how humans destroy our planet, with global warming, contamination, etc. There are lots of movements to stop it, but we need more. More movements, more organizations and more rules for citizens, if the majority of people still contamine these little organizations are useless. And if government applies some rules and obligations, like state tax, maybe people will start to do something useful.

Is it possible to live without computers nowadays?

Of course it is possible, but very difficult too. We usally use computers at some point of the day, because they are very useful and they can make our life easier. But, can we be without computers now?

I think that it's possible, of course, at the beginning it will be very difficult, but it's all about getting used to it. We used to be without computers and we could survive. We could get information in libraries, keep the contact with people will be very complicated, or impossible, but it isn't necessary, we can survive, and maybe it could be better, because for breaks-ups with boyfriends or girlfriends will be easier forget him/her. 

It's true that things like important works and also keeping the control of big machines could be complicated... But people did it some time ago... So, we can do it again. 

Marriage is in crisis? Are you in favour or against?

In my opinion marriage isn't in crisis. Marriage has allways been in crisis and a bad idea. But, some years ago, the option of divorce didn't exist, but now it does and it has been icreasing these last years. 

So, 100 years ago divorce wasn't very common, beacuse religion wasn't in favour of divorce, and everybody was catholic or something. So, divorce wasn't an option. And now, we have evolved and divorce is an option, we aren't religious now, and we can do it. 

Love is complicated. When you marry someone it's beacuse you love him/her, but probably can't be with this person all your life, it's sad, but true. And when the love is over, you will get divorced. Maybe it's very stupid, but humans are stupid when they fall in love.

Are love-locks romantic or a menace?

In my opinion love-locks are a very romantic act, and I think that's very cute go with your girlfriend or boyfriend and put a lock on a bridge or something, it looks very romantic. But, does this act mean something really?

It's just a sybol, put a lock doesn't mean that you love more or less sombody, you can do it, beacuse it's cute, and if your boy or girl is very romantic, you can do it to impress her/him, or just because you want to show and demostrate your love with this act, and be romantic for a day. In theory this act represents the eternity love, but that's false, beacuse love isn't for eternity for everybody. 

And it's true that this act and to see all the locks on the bridge is very nice. 

TOXIC FRIEND RUINING MY LIFE

Hey mate, 

I'm writting this letter to you because I think that you aren't good for me. I was observing our friendship these lasts days, because I started to feel bad with you, and I arrived to the conclusion that it's your fault. 

So, you aren't a good friend, you aren't a friend really. Our relationship is very toxic. I do a lot of things for you, to make this relation possible and easier, but you do the opposite. For example, everytime when you have a problem I used to be there, helping you and supporting you. Doing my best. And you? What you do when I have a problem? You aren't there. And that's not because you're busy, you have no intentions in helping. And your opinions? All you say to me are bad things! All I do is bad, all I wear is horrible... 

And sorry mate, but I'm just fed up, I prefer to stop, because you are the problem of my life. 

LEARNING ENGLISH MY WAY

I think that the most important fact is that you like learning languages and the language that you're learning. And the second one most important thing is that you aren't learning the lenguage obligatorily. It's better and easier when you learn because you want to learn. 

For example, in the school you are obligated to learn a forgein language, English in my case, and I'm lucky, because I like it and I want to learn English, but somebody that doesn't like Englich and he/she is forced to learn, he/she never learns really. 

And the best way, without doubt to learn any language isn't with a teacher, it's going to the conutry where this language is used, and speak with people, be there some days, months or years, if you can.

SOUL MATE

How my soul mate would be? If we consider that my soul mate has to be my half orange it means that he would be like me in some aspects and have things in common, but there are other things in which we had to be completely different to complement each other. So, in general I prefer boys, I connect more with them, so, I suppose that it's a man. He would be: loving, kind, a happy person, because I use to be depresive this years, so I need someone that make me happy, a sincere person, without falseness and lies, he had to be a person in which I can trust and explain everything, he had to transmit me security. Also a nice person, he will worry about problems, not a lot, because I worry too much, but a little bit, and had empathy.

And we had to have things in common, photography for example, I want a person which like photography as me, and go to places to do photos. And a lot of things, I can never stop. But these are the principal characteristics. 

WHY DO WE LOVE?

Why do we love? It’s heart-breaking and complicated most of the times yet do we need it at all? I think everyone needs to love and be loved, either with your couple with your friends or the family, but everyone needs to feel that someone has really loves you and knows that you can always rely on that person when you need more someone by your side. We often need to be loved or loved to forget certain problems or conflicts that we have at certain times in order to spend fun and emotional time without thinking with the problems that we have in our live. There are people who find it difficult to express their feelings, but I think it's not becomes difficult love, since anyone can give and receive love and for no one will feel alone.

IS JEALOUSY NATURAL?

Yes. In my opinion jealousy is natural and perfectly understandable. I had a boyfriend for two years and I felt jealous lots of times, I had full confidence in my boy, but I hadn't in the other girls. And of course, when some girl crossed the line I felt nervous and insecure, but I knew that he never gonna do anything. Was just that he's a little silly, and maybe if some girl crossed the line he didn't know. 

But in the majority of cases the problem wasn't the fear of that he makes something wrong with another girl, I knew that he never cheat on me, the problem was: why he did some things that only can do with me with the other girl? If he hugged some girl a lot of time, or he danced with another girl, or he talked a lot about another girl, I felt jealous. And if he pays attention to another girl I felt jealous too.

But in my case, I felt more jealous for their friends, because he spent a lot of time with them, and he always want to spent time with them, he can spent a full weekend with them, because all of them have a hobby in common, and a lot of times he stand up me for them, so I felt jealous of them.

I tried didn't feel jealous, but I can't. You can't control your feelings. Feeling is natural, and jealousy is a feeling, so, you can't control jealousy, and it's natural. 

PHOTOGRAPHERS

Hello everyone! Today I will talk about my favourite photographers. If you didn’t know already I love photography, take photos and that somebody take photos about me, I just love this photography world. So, I want to show you some photographers that I discovered this year with Instagram:

- JORDI COROMINAS. He use to make portrait photos, he plays a lot with lights and shadows. Habitually his photos are dark but with colour at the same time. Here some of his photos:

NO FILTER NECESSARY: 7 TYPES OF CLOTHES THAT PHOTOGRAPH BEST

Sometimes is difficult to putting together the perfect outfit, and a lot of times this outfit doesn’t looks good in the photos. But in the real life is amazing.

And, do you realize that the famous people always look good with the outfit in the photos? That’s because they have a stylist. But not everybody can get one, so here 7 tips for you:

1 - Solids. In photos, the best pattern is a solid colour.

2 - Traditional patterns. The same, don’t use zany patterns, maybe they look cool in the hanger, but they aren’t, and they make you look wider.

3 - Fitted. Doesn’t good idea use oversized garment, it can do that you look bigger, and the same with bodycon or skin-tight, they don’t let anything to the imagination.  

4 - Dark colours. They make you seem more smooth and it makes you look better in photos.

5 - Flattering necklines. It consists in choosing good your neckline, and which one is better for your body type.

6 - Classic over trendy. The best idea is always wear classic pieces for these events.

7 - Non-sheer. We can confirm that it’s always a bad idea, a lot of things can be wrong with that.

OPINION:

I think that these tips are a good idea and an interesting new, I will try to consider that for future important events. In my opinion all of them are good ideas, but it depends a lot of your body, that’s clear. There are persons with perfect bodies that look amazing with whatever in photos, and there are other persons that may would follow this tips. It depends.

LOVE

Hello everybody! Today I feel very romantic, so we will talk about love. 

Have you ever fell in love? I did, and it was the best experience of my life. Having somebody to love, to hug, kiss and a best friend at the same time is incredible. I felt very well with my exboyfriend, if I had a bad day he was the only one that can change it, and make me feel incredible, just seeing his face. That was a magical sensation. I loved him a lot, I really could be whatever for him, I just wanted his happiness. 

But like everything in life, all good things come to an end, and that's the most horrible sensation of my life. When I lost him I felt very horrible and with an enormus emptiness in my heart. All I wanted was recover him, and I did everything possible for it, but I failed. But now, some time later I continue loving him, and I think that I will never stop loving him, but obviously this love becomes less with time. 

These experiences are amazing and horrible, but are experiencies that everybody has to live sometime in their life, and these things make you strong and you learn a lot about yourself. When you fall in love you discover all the things that you can do for somebody, and it's amazing.

FATE

Hello guys! Today I'm not very inspired, so we will talk about fate. These last weeks I've felt that it had to exist, but I'm not completly sure...

All my life I have been beliving in Fate. I think that everything in this life happens for a reason, that you choose some things for some reasons that you didn't know in that moment, but some time later you understand or you realize why you chose this. I mean, in the moment that you chose something you didn't know what could happen, but you chose it, and when something happens beacuse of this choice you realize that everything is connected. So, these things make me belive in fate. Because all your decisions play a role in your life and makes you how you are. 

Some days ago I heard this: "It doesn't matter what could happen if you decided something different because that world doesn't exist. You decided something because that's your fate". Or something like that, but the point is that's true. Doesn't matter what could happen, the important is what happens in the real life, and that everything happens for some reason. The fate is wirtten.

"The things that you're gonna do in life are insignificat, but it's important that you do it, because if you don't, who is gonna do it?"  -Gandhi.

CARNAVAL

Hi there! Today I will talk about Carnaval! Today, 24th of February, is carnaval in my county of Alt Empordà. Here in the coast it's a tradition to celebrate carnaval, it's the biggest party. Carnaval lasts two weekends, this weekend the most important is in Roses, and the next week in Castelló d'Empúries. There are also other carnavals in others town like: Llançà, St. Pere Pescador, Fortià, La Bisbal...


This party consist of dressing up and going to the parade. In the parade there isn't just people, there are also floats (decorated platform, either built on a vehicle like a truck or towed behind one) which are a big part of the carnaval also. Each float has a different theme and the people that follow each float have different costumes. 
After the parade, that usually lasts about 1h-1h 30min, everybody goes to the party where they have fun, especially young people, in their own ways. 
The last day of carnaval from each town, prizes are given to the best floats and costumes, usually the prizes are money or vouchers. Finally, after the prizes, there is the "paellada", which is a typical Spanish dish and everybody can have some for free whilst enjoying the music.

8 TIPS FOR STARTING A PASSION PROJECT WITHOUT QUITTING YOUR JOB

Hi people! Let's talk about passion projects today. We will coment some tips I found about do your "dream" possible. 


1. Make a decision. Don't think, act. If you only think about that you will never do anything, so, just do it. 

2. Announce it to the world. Make contacts, advertising, do something for make that the people know about it. 

3. Be more efficient at work. Be organizied and do the work fast and in consequence you can dedicate more time at your passion project. 

4. Plan your time. Organize your time and you can have time for your passion. No more excuses. 

5. Take it easy. Don't try to do every new thing at the same day, go slow. One day you learn something, the next day you put into practice, etc. 

6. Learn together with an interet group. The more the better. Make it with friends with the same passion. 

7. Get online help. You can found a lot of things in internet, search and learn new things, and if you have probles, use it too. 

8. Consider outsourcing. If your passion is very massive consider this possibility. It will helps you. 


I think that this taps can be usefull. I want to do some things that I like it, but I haven't got time, maybe if I organize my work better, as the new say, I can do this things. Maybe I try to do it, and maybe it works. I will not know if I don't try.

YOUTH

Hi everybody! Today I will talk about youth. Because I think that's the most important period of the life and the most missed too. 

The youth is the period in which we have more energy, passion, health... Is the period in which we can feel love and fall in and have the best friendships. Is the best period, in which we can live. We had to define ourself in this period, know about the things that we like or dislike. 

But, I can't do that, why? Because this stupid system. We pass this incredible years shut in a High School, and it's okay, we had to know some things, learn and have culture. But it can't be all our life, we had to do other things, and learn about the life, how to live. And this system doesn't let us, all my life now is: study, do the homeworks, study, pass batchillerat and maybe then I can be happy. But, what happens after Batchilerat? University. Peple say that university is fine, funny, the best years of the life, and I hope so, beacuse for the moment my youth stinks. 

I know that the life is unfair, and I know that I can't be anything for change that, but it's horrible pass my teenager worried about homeworks and studies, I want some freedom. And all my classmates thinks like me. This system stinks.

Secretary: Do you have an appointment?

Meri: Not really, I don't need that. I'm an old friend of Dr. Grap. 

Secretary: What do you mean with "I don't need that"? Everybody needs an apponitment to see Dr. Grap.

Dr. Grap: What's all this noise? I'm working!

Dr. Mandy: So, what you want?

Meri: I need a little retouch.

Mandy: Oh! So, finally you decide to retouch your nose?

Meri: Umh... No really... I want to retouch my...

Mandy: Oh! Your lips?  

Meri: Umh... No...

Dr. Grap: Oh! Okay! So, botox for your cheeks?

Meri: Grr.... Nop. 

Mandy: Oh! Oh! Yes, I know! Your boobies! You want some bigger boobies!

Dr. Grap: Oh, yees.... sure....

Meri: Well... I want to retouch my knees.

Dr. Grap: Your knees?

Meri: Yes! I don't like them. They make me look fat.

Dr. Grap: Okay. It's a very good idea, but this operation doesn't exist. The knees can't be retouched, because they connect the tibias with the femur. If I disconnected the kneecap of these bones, you can become handicapped. 

Meri: Oh. Okay. So, I will go to another clinic. Byebye and Thank you.

Mandy: Oh... poor girl.
