LOVE

Hello everybody! Today I feel very romantic, so we will talk about love. 

Have you ever fell in love? I did, and it was the best experience of my life. Having somebody to love, to hug, kiss and a best friend at the same time is incredible. I felt very well with my exboyfriend, if I had a bad day he was the only one that can change it, and make me feel incredible, just seeing his face. That was a magical sensation. I loved him a lot, I really could be whatever for him, I just wanted his happiness. 
But like everything in life, all good things come to an end, and that's the most horrible sensation of my life. When I lost him I felt very horrible and with an enormus emptiness in my heart. All I wanted was recover him, and I did everything possible for it, but I failed. But now, some time later I continue loving him, and I think that I will never stop loving him, but obviously this love becomes less with time. 

These experiences are amazing and horrible, but are experiencies that everybody has to live sometime in their life, and these things make you strong and you learn a lot about yourself. When you fall in love you discover all the things that you can do for somebody, and it's amazing.

WHAT'S A SLEEPWALKING?


SLEEPWALKING:

Sleepwalking or somnambulism is a behavior disorder that originates during deep sleep and results in walking or performing other complex behaviors while asleep. The sleepwalking includes not only walking in your sleep, they sit up in bed and look around, leave the house and drive long distances… A common misconception that a sleepwalker should not be awakened, but it can be dangerous not to wake a sleepwalker.
The prevalence of sleepwalking are between 1% and 15%. It’s common in adulthood, but it isn’t associated with any psychological problem. It can be possible with a sleep deprivation, sedative agents, febrile illnesses, certain medications…
Sleepwalkers are more common in children, between three to seven years old. It can be provocated for bedwetting, sleep terrors, sleep apnea…

- SYMPTOMS:
A sleepwalking can have some symptoms like: sleep talking, no memory of the event, difficulty arousing during an episode, inappropriate behavior such as urinating in closets (more common in children), screaming and violence.

EXERCISE ROUTINE

Hi everybody! Today I will show you some exercises to do at home, these are very easy exercises, everybody can do it. All that you need is a carpet or if you have a gym work mat it’s perfect, but isn’t necessary.

So, we start with the stretching part, here we warm up the muscle and we prepare the body for the exercise. We will do some stretchings;

  • We start with the arms and shoulders doing these exercises:





1. Do this for 30 seconds on each arm.












2. With this the same, 30 sec on each arm.





3. And with this 30 seconds too.









  • Now we can continue with the legs:







1. Do this stretching for 45 sec. 







2. And for this we start in a leg and we go to the other leg, and do it 10 times. 











So, when we finish with the relax stretchings we continue with the part of exercises:





1. Squats: Starts with 15 and the next day 5 more, and 5 more the next... The feet need more distance than you see in the picture.









2. Spaceman steps: The knee can’t touch the floor. You need do it while you are walking.















3. Glutes exercises: do it for 10 times on each leg.










4. Pushups: Do 10 for starting.












5. Lateral abdomens and obliques: Do it 10 times for each leg.








6. The plate: It's like a pushups but you don't move. Try to stand for 30sec and the next day boost the time.









7. Legs abdominals: the legs never can’t touch the floor. Do it 10 times, and the next day boost the times.









8. The typical: Do it 20 times, and the next day boost the times.







9. And the abductors:Do it 15 times on each leg.







And finally we can run, cycling, skating… for 15-20 minutes or more. If you have a machine at home, perfect, you can use it.
