THE GOTHIC NOVEL

4.  Setting in a castle. An atmosphere of mystery and suspense., An ancient prophecy. Omens, portents, visions. Supernatural or otherwise inexplicable events. High, even overwrought emotion. Women in distress. Women threatened by a powerful, impulsive, tyrannical male. The metonymy of gloom and horror. The vocabulary of the gothic.

ARGUMENT.

A marriage begins to suffer paranormal events, because the wife has cenection with a damon from her childhood whit her sister.

It all begins when the husband buys a camera, at beginnig only film what happens during the night, but realizes that strange things happen. Katie (the wife) decide talk with a profesional (a medium) but no apport anything. 

The events start to be alarming, is evident that there are a spirit connected with the Katie.  Every time the incidents are more evident in the night. Finally they decided leave home, but when they have all ready Katie is possessed for the damon , and is already too late.

FEAR.

In the nights when the demon does of its, for example when he open the light, closed the door, when drags the Katie, when Katie is possessed for the damon, and the end.

COMIC RELIEF

1. Comic relief is the inclusion of a humorous character, scene, or witty dialogue in an otherwise serious work, often to relieve tension.

2. Will appear in fiction that is comic.

3. I that I never laught in a horror film... I watch few horror movies. In the only film of scary I laught is in: Scary Movie, but no is a Horror film.

SUSPENSE

1. The director was Albert Hitchcock. 

2.He used the suspense and the surprise.

3. Use of the subjective camera to reveal a character's vision.
